"A couple of years ago, Paula helped me with 2 smaller organizing projects (a couple of cabinets). I finally hired her to come spend a few hours with me in our VERY disorganized office over Spring Break. My kids were gone and the two of us went through the stacks of paper, not-so-efficient files, and all of the other "stuff" that had found its way into my very cluttered office. She did not push me to purchase anything but rather worked with what I had on hand, my personality and wants/needs, and what was most practical for my family.
In a matter of one morning, we really improved the office space and I've been so pleased with the results. I can find things and I'm motivated to file, keep, and toss things more immediately now. "I can't tell you the amount of stuff I had 2 or 3 of, just simply because I didn't think we had it, so when I went to the store, I always bought more. 3 cans of Lysol, 6 things of scotch tape, 3 bags of cotton balls, oh, the list goes on and on. Now when I open a cabinet or a drawer, what I see is what I have-NO MORE pushing all the stuff to one side so I can see behind all the crud. It is all stacked and organized and label very nicely.
